In Rimini it is interesting to visit :

- The Arch of Augustus, dating from 27 BC, built in Istrian stone was considered a city gate. The arch has been destroyed several times, but always faithfully rebuilt as it was before, apart from the upper zone,  damaged by the bombings of World War II.
- The Tiberius Bridge, also built entirely in stone from Istria is in Doric style and is one of the few Roman bridges still intact.
 - The Surgeon's House in Piazza Ferrari, is an archaeological complex of Roman late imperial times which was brought to light a few years ago and represents  an exceptional historical and urban stratification. You can also view many artifacts found here  on display in the Archaeological Museum of Rimini.
- Sismondo Castle was the residence of the Malatesta fortress, built in the fourteenth century as a fortalizio with mighty walls and massive square towers. Today it hosts important cultural events.
